Responsibility :

As a Sourcing Manager,

- Responsible for entire recruitment process for the company

- Responsible for ensuring an optimum TAT, sourcing mix, cost of hire, quality of hire and managing external and internal stakeholders.

- Leading recruitment team.

- Strategizing & planning for external hiring

- Fulfilling requirements per month

- Managing end to end Recruitment for different business units . Part of Lateral Hiring team as a recruiter having full ownership of various major ISUs.

- Reduced turnaround time by proper planning, conducting proper job analysis and working with project teams to prepare effective job descriptions

- Reduced cost per hire and improved the sourcing mix by reducing hiring through vendors and increasing direct hiring and hiring through internal referrals using innovative ideas.
