Manager - Sourcing/Procurement - Kitchen Category

As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations for the Kitchen Category. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company's spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.

Description :

1. Leads/supports execution of sourcing projects in collaboration with Procurement category owners and sourcing managers.

2. Support and/or lead execution of procurement plans depending on category/project complexity

3. Assist/lead identification & screening/selection of potential sources and recommend appropriate sourcing method

4. Lead preparation of competitive go-to-market events (solicitation of bids, quotations and proposals) with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions.

5. Prepare for and/or lead supplier negotiations depending on category complexity.

6. Negotiations may be part of competitive go-to market events, or targeted negotiations.

7. Evaluate proposals, assess risk and recommend overall best offer for a product or service

8. Assist in the preparation of and/or issue contracts and SOWs (or large purchase orders) for legal review and approval

9. Maintain agreement files as required

10. As part of implementation, review product availability and/or pricing information with suppliers

11. Provide internal and market analytics to support capture of best value

12. Prepare periodic category performance reports for assigned categories

Requirements :

1. 2-4 years of relevant work experience

2. 1-3 years Procurement/Procurement

3. Prior work experience in Kitchen appliances companies is a plus

4. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment is required

5. Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)

6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
