Manager - Sourcing - Pharma

- Lead Buyer responsible for Indirect Category - Logistics, Warehousing, Facility Goods & Services (for Corporate, Regional office); Major Clusters include Logistics, CHAs, Warehouse, Office Leases, Travel, Insurance, Events, Professional Services etc

- Lead procurement of Logistics, Warehousing services, Facility Goods & Services in APAC region through long-term strategy development, negotiating and contracting with suppliers and delivering on YoY P&L productivity, New Vendor development etc.

- Global PMO: Support implementation of Procurement Transformation Project across all Regions (APAC, America, Europe, China)

- Support implementation of Procurement Transformation Projects across all Regions (APAC, America, Europe, China) and monitoring monthly progress and presenting it to Steerco.

- Responsible for Category Management

- Generating the results on savings, OWC targets, PO & Contract compliance, supplier base and single-source risk reduction.

- Coordination with Global Sourcing Directors to ensure procurement savings on track as per agreed global targets.

- Regional coordination with cross-functional teams-DSCM, HR & Admin, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal

- Responsible for Spend Cube & Should Cost Capability study with Efficio for Wave-3 Project on Global Key Raw Materials

- Support in Darwin Project for SAP Ariba as Regional SPOC for few modules.
