We are looking for a Lead-Sourcing for their core / fashion category. The incumbent will be responsible for leading sourcing for in-house manufacturing and outsourced products. He/She will also be responsible for leading a team. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Implement and execute the sourcing strategy for the brand - Leading sourcing team for rapidly growing business including of in-house manufacturing and outsourced products. - Handling end to end process from order allocation till final goods delivery in warehouse. - Lead a team to liaise with suppliers and obtain high-quality products at competitive prices - Identifying and developing vendors to maintain long term relationships and a strong supply chain - Leading negotiations with vendors to drive margins and quality - Ensuring timely delivery at specified locations - Maintaining and improving quality of the goods supplied - Working in conjunction with Quality assurance, fabric, technical and design teams. Monitoring WIP and time lines for all production in the factories to facilitate on timely delivery. - Monitoring and report monthly trend in all materials, labor costs, issues affecting sourcing and production decisions. Issue recommendations to mitigate impact or maximize on opportunity as trends develop. Must Haves: - Has past experience of managing multiple categories simultaneously, across men and women - Knows the right procurement costs, Frugality and honesty are the basic core values needed for this role. - In depth knowledge of product, from yarn to final garment. - Setting processes to turnaround merchandise on short lead times. - Good people manager with experience of managing a team of 15+ people.
