Find out more about enParadigm at www.enparadigm.com We are looking to work with a hard working and proactive professional for the role of Consultant - Learning Products, on a full-time or a consulting basis with us Role Description : - Create and review realistic scenario based content based on real-world behavioural challenges faced by professionals at work - Work on our proprietary technology platforms to convert the content into experiential simulations - Test the simulations on users and validate learning effectiveness and outcomes - Research learning frameworks and concepts across various behavioural competencies - Create micro learning content as per product requirements - business cases, simulations, decision trees, videos etc. Key Skills : - Understanding of real-life behavioural situations and challenges faced by professionals at work - Ability to write fluently and crisply in English - Strong execution focus in ensuring that the products come out on time - Attention to detail to ensure the products are delivered with high quality - Analytical rigor to write and review content as per simulation algorithms and product constraints Compensation : Based on relevant experience and capability.
