JOB SUMMARY :


- Project management and Business Analysis for Campaign Management, In-house sales staff centric mobility App and related digital projects/integrations with multiple applications/channels within the bank

- Will be managing all new product initiatives and support business requirements on enhancing the existing products listed.

- End to End project management from analysis of business requirement, documentation of requirement, solution evaluation keeping in view effort estimation versus business justification, quality analysis of the solution through testing, process documentation and risk analysis and implementation / rollout planning and execution including end user training / communication

- Writing Business Requirement Documents, Standard Operating Procedures.

Detailed Responsibilities :

- Understand and assemble the Campaign Management, in-house Sales app and other digital project requirements from Business and Product teams

- Understanding of UNICA/Interact product or other Campaign Management products in the market

- Interact with multiple cross functional teams, specifically IT teams and be responsible for end to end delivery including Requirements, Solution Design, Implementation, Testing and Rollout

- Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for Consumer Banking Business to standardize operations and service activities. Implement the defined processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation

- Create business process documents for various Campaign and other initiatives and manage integration though various Channels - Netbanking, Mobilebanking, IndusInd Website, Social network sites, AI chatbot, Email, SMS, ATM, CBS, and Bank's CRM

- Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry

- Responsible for business-technology innovation across service and self service delivery channels including Phone Banking, ATM, Cards, website, mobile and Internet

Key Skills :

- Techno-functional role, requires in depth Understanding and extensive work experience on mobility/Campaign/Digital Projects implementation

- Good communication, networking and relationship skills with ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Working knowledge of Campaign management product, Mobile Applications/Web Portals, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Internet/E-Com technologies would be an advantage

Qualification- MBA from Tier 1/2 B School + B.Tech/B.E.
