Manager - Solution Architect - Digital Marketing Domain

As a Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects. Each member of your team partners with Company's sales teams during the sales cycle to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of consulting services, estimations and present a proposal to the customer. You will help scale and shape the Solution Architect practice and its supporting methodologies and industry IP. This involves maintaining a keen understanding of the Company's product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline to identify opportunities where Company's Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers (such as increased revenue, improved customer experience, and reduced marketing spend).

Key responsibilities :

1. Provide thought leadership to the deals by bringing out strong value proposition of solution, best practices, and deal governance.

2. Scale the practice by help build solution architecture assets and accelerators.

3. Drive operational adherence to established process, governance and generate business insights for ongoing improvements.

What you need to succeed :

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a top-tier consulting organization

- Strong understanding of Digital marketing domain across industry verticals.

- Deep expertise on atleast two solutions of marketing cloud like Adobe Analytics, Target or Company's Campaign.

- In-depth understanding of the typical use cases around Digital Marketing Platform implementations (Analytics, Personalization, Audience Profiling, Ecommerce, CMS, Mobile strategies etc.) Proven history of working with customers to the scope and sell large enterprise transformation engagements

- Well versed with presales, solutioning, and estimation for solutions involving any combination of the above.

- Experience leading successful customer engagements in marketing, digital transformation, customer-experience, or related topics

- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, including an ability to create new knowledge and frameworks

- A deep operational mindset that focuses on team output and scale

- Ability to work in highly-matrixed organizations
