Software Development Manager/ Engineering Manager Responsibilities : - Leads the team in development of new products, solutions and processes. - Oversees the logistics of resource allocation. - Helps to create and oversee project budget and engage in cost management strategies and is responsible for team deadlines - Manage and coach individual developers in their career planning, performance and goals - Monitor team productivity and metrics - Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of product and processes and reduce waste without compromising quality and speed. - Attend related conferences or trainings with the goal to enhance client-customer relationships - Self-motivated in maintaining high level of expertise in their field or sector. - Advocates for the developer teams grievances and concerns in ethical manner - Ensures that the development team follows all safety and security protocols set in place. - Collaborates with other team leaders, management and departments for the ultimate goal of fulfilling the vision and mission of the company.
