Location: Bangalore FIRM: Well funded start up LOCATION : Bangalore Social &amp; ORM Lead: Looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual responsible for driving positive brand sentiment on the internet &amp; creating a community of evangelists. Key responsibilities : 1. Reduce negative sentiment &amp; ORM management - - Set up an end to end ORM system &amp; process to ensure all Social Media escalations are dealt with timely responses &amp; empathy, drive systemic/policy changes where needed, draw insights for org level changes &amp; drive a reward &amp; recognition system for stakeholders who can influence. 2. Influencer Management &amp; driving organic referrals - Identification of and connection to members of the community and influencers to grow reach and build a network of advocates. Build an inhouse + external influencer base with a system of activation. 3. Content creation &amp; owned content - Community - Find owners who feel positive about us - get them to create stories - get these stories out. Content on social media that provides easy access &amp; information to potential nesties, and drives preference, drive community/supporter engagement through engagement/response, relationship building, earned engagement. 4. All rating and review systems management on the internet. Identifying touch points for influence &amp; driving usage. 5. SMM crisis management. - Case to case basis resolutions, train &amp; guide team/partners to identify cases basis potential impact &amp; handle them sensitively. Eligibility Criteria 1. At least 5 years experience with relevant background in ORM management or Social community building or active role in a Brand's social command centre 2. MBA or Masters in communications 3. Must have excellent problem solving skills, ability to think on the feet &amp; make quick decisions. 4. Team Management experience is a must. 5. Experience in driving influencer programs will be preferred. 6. Good relationship building skills, since role requires person to interact &amp; influence different set of audiences. 6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
