About client:

Our client is a leading series-A funded e-commerce company who is looking to add a below-mentioned position to their performance marketing team. The compensation will be competitive included ESOP.

Job Description:

- Full responsibility of end to end digital ad operations

- Understand marketing goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for the channel that you are working on

- Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans

- Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts

Qualifications:

- Have 3+ years of experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry

- Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns in Social(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)

- 2+ years of people management experience (must-have)

- Highly organized and detailed junkie

- Aggressive & can take control

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
