Manager - Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a leader to setup and drive our Social Media marketing intiatives and interested in talking to only those who are looking at making a difference to their careers through some exciting work early on in their professional journey.

Responsibilities:

- Devising strategies to drive targeted online traffic to the company portals

- Developing Content for our marketing and promotional campaigns and customer communication

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the online properties

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- SEO, Adwords and FB marketing

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness (inclusive of online PR)

- Managing the rehash of the online portal designs from time to time.

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- Negotiating with vendors

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required

- Eexperience developing social strategies and managing online social networks with proven success

- Minimum of three years’ experience in the digital and social media marketing area

- Deep passion for and fluency in next-generation social technologies, applications, and communities

- Ability to translate customer insights and marketing objectives into impactful, innovative brand-appropriate solutions

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Effective partner management, negotiation, and operational skills with strong results orientation and efficiency mentality

- Strong work ethic with capacity to operate independently and collaboratively in teams

- Nimble, adaptable, can go with the flow

- Creative, fearless thinking

- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraint
