Social Media Manager

Our client is a renowned Food and Beverage brand, homegrown in India and are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our online presence while fostering brand traction, engagement, and recall. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our organic social media strategy. This position will be responsible for content planning, calendarization, and execution across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and put into action comprehensive strategies on organic social media for the brands, aiming to increase brand visibility, grow follower numbers, enhance engagement, and reinforce brand recognition.

- Create and schedule captivating content calendars that align with each brand's identity, values, and the preferences of their target audience across various social platforms like Meta, YouTube, Discord, and others.

- Carry out content creation efforts encompassing writing, photography, graphic design, and video production to ensure top-notch, visually appealing content is shared across all platforms.

- Keep an eye on social media trends, audience behaviours, and the competitive landscape to spot opportunities for optimizing content and engaging with the audience effectively.

- Leverage data tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms to analyze performance metrics, draw insights, and shape content strategies.

- Implement targeted strategies informed by data insights to foster organic growth, elevate engagement rates, and reinforce brand recall.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven track record (4+years) in organic social media management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.

- Demonstrated ability to independently initiate and drive projects, with strong self-starter capabilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of data tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
