Position Description :
- Partner Head-Consumer Marketing and Agency partners in laying down the Digital and Social footprint for the
brand and categories
- Anchor execution in Paid (Publishers and Ad networks) and Earned (Social assets) channels for company
- Drive World-class Brand engagement in Social through a combination of content and investment; driven by Listening and Insights on the platform.
- Lead the Media agency in creating excellence in Paid Media usage through a combination of Publisher
engagement/ deals & usage of programmatic planning.
- Bring Understanding and Excellence in Search Marketing through a Joint Business Planning exercise with Media agency and key partners like Google.
- Be the anchor for Digital learning and development within the Marketing team and organization.
- Develop and handle Media plans that comprise of ATL (TV, Print, OOH), BTL (On-ground, Retail) and Digital (Social, Paid, Advocacy).
- Work with Marketing team to design comprehensive 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) programs that win share and meet top line and bottom line goals.
Candidate Requirement :
- Overall experience of 6 to 9 years in Sales and Marketing (FMCG, Technology, Retail, Telecom) with at least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Understanding of Digital Media channels - Social, Search, Display Networks, Mobile and Video
- Hands-on experience in Content - understanding of best practice, know-how of creator networks
- Basic appreciation of Consumer Research - Leveraging Research for insights and inspiring creative briefs
- Experience in Above The Line (ATL) campaigns that involved Television and Print; knowhow of TVC creation will be an advantage
