As a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager you will
- Manage all social media handles of the Company
- Manage the brand image on social media channels
- Develop and execute a content calendar for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Linkedin
- Develop new content for website/app to further the brand message in congruence with the content being developed for social media (for example, landing page content for any social media campaign)
- Identify new partnerships and traffic channel opportunities to grow top-of-the-funnel and work to constantly improve the funnel efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with external creative agencies (including ad agencies) for content that is relevant to the business
- Work closely with the CEO's office, business and marketing leaders, product and tech teams, performance marketing team, and others to ensure the company's message
- Regularly track and report to the management about the performance of social media and effectiveness of content
What we are looking for :
- A skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in social media and content marketing in top internet companies
- Ability to think digital and translate digital ideas into reality and having experience of executing campaigns and developing content for business impact
- In-depth knowledge of the various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others), and content distribution and placement networks.
- Experience of handling brand-owned channels on all platforms
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets independently and forecasting/reporting results
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Structured thought process and good data orientation; ability to run successful experiments and take decisions based on data.
- Should be able to handle excel and power point documents properly
