We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow our client's social media presence. As part of their creative team, you will work with the writers, designers and producers to create content specifically developed for each social platform. As the owner of the social media mandate, you will also need to work cross-functionally with the brand, performance and category teams to develop a social media strategy
Key Responsibilities :
- Owner of the brand's social media channels. Develop all social media strategies, road-map & plans in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Drive visibility, engagement, reach and organic growth of all social media platforms.
- Manage paid promotion and advertising campaigns on social media to drive awareness and engagement
- Strong understanding of social media- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snap chat etc.
- Understand what makes brands tick on these media, how audiences react. Should have an understanding of the brand and then strategize the presence on social media.
Key Skills :
- At least 5+ years of experience with social media marketing that includes planning and managing content for social channels at a brand or with an agency
- Deep knowledge of social platforms
- A keen interest and understanding of current trends across social media
- Analytic understanding and skill. Must know how to track metrics and break down the numbers into actionable insights
