Manager- Social Media & Community- NGO Job Description: Organization: A leading NGO working in the sectors of Sustainable Agriculture / Livelihoods, Renewable Energy Access, Skilling and Environment & Climate Change. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. - Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. - Create and curate high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, images, videos, and infographics that resonate with the target audience and align with the organization's values and goals. - Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into organization's social media strategy - Manage and grow the organization's online community by fostering engagement and building relationships. - Measure and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and community engagement initiatives using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Skills and experience requirements: - 1-3 years of experience of social media management - Should have excellent communication and writing skills, be creative, analytical, and strategic, and have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and online community management. - A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, as well as experience in social media management and community management, are often preferred
