Social Media Manager

We are seeking an expert social media marketer to join our team as we work towards our exciting growth goals.

- The person hired for this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy across social channels, helping us broaden our client's reach, engage with their audience and convert new customers.

- Develop social strategy for our clients

- Prioritize the social media that best enable clients to reach our target audience

- Define the content aesthetic and post cadence, hashtag guidelines, etc. to support growth goals.

- Create post content using assets available for Instagram posts, stories, reels, etc. Write all social copy and post content to each platform.

- Use social channels to tell Client stories on an ongoing basis in a way that delights the viewer while highlighting their unique value proposition.

- Support campaign calendar of product launches, brand partnerships, etc.

- Track performance, inclusive of both in-platform engagement and onsite conversions.

- Share learnings with team and optimize content calendar to drive maximum results.

- Support influencer marketing and, engaging with creators, and reposting where possible.

- Partner with cross-functional teams such to ensure cross-functional alignment and a streamlined customer experience.

- Follow the competitive landscape and market trends.

- Potential opportunity to assist with related marketing activities including influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

- Our ideal candidate will come with a demonstrated track record of using social media to build brand identity and achieve business goals with cross-functional collaboration.

- Deep understanding of all major social media channels and the tactics employed to optimize KPIs across the funnel.

- Proven management of social accounts (please share examples and links of pages/handles you were responsible for).

- Comfortable with content editing and creation.
