Roles and Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of creative content writing, experience in Indian ethnic/ premium apparel is an added advantage
- Should have a creative mindset to devise possibilities of organic marketing of the brand.
- Should have a proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms, majorly Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and analytics, YouTube, Pinterest, other online channels
- Prepare a monthly social media calendar, which should be communicated to all relevant stakeholders
- Design specific social media campaigns and measure their success through outreach, campaign shares, views, likes and overall business outcome.
- Awareness of state wise festivals and key events through the year and have social media plans prepared for them along with ROI.
- Stay up to date with all latest social media best practices and new technologies
- Prepare a detailed social media plan including paid and unpaid events, budgets for all annual promotional and sale events of the organization.
- Build and connect social media influencers for existing stores & cities and new expansion markets to create opportunities of increase in online and offline sales.
- Key custodian of Online reputation management (ORM) and works with other team members to create a positive customer experience.
- Manage responses and resolutions for all online complaints/ queries and feedback.
- Partner with Creative team to build exciting social media posts/ content to engage with existing customers and reach out to new customers
- Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals ( ROI & KPIs)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Should be good with designing and running paid social campaigns"
