Overall Responsibility

This position will be taking care of the SME Toolkit website and will take complete ownership to manage this website. This position is responsible for the following

- Content management and updation through alliance partners

- Tracking and Management of the website

- Marketing and increasing the no of hits for the website

- Development of a new section – Value Added Services on the ICICI bank site

Detail Job responsibility :

- Enhance user experience by improving navigation and usability features of the website/ design and implement strategy to enhance traffic to the site.

- Analyze traffic and customer behavior from web analytics tools

Social Media - build and engage communities on social media Facebook, Twitter etc.; facilitate B2B discussions

- Tie-ups with various content partners

- Improving navigation and usability features of the website

- Super Star Internal reward & Recognition platform - designing a new platform, calender of events, communication platform, new categories of awards and mailers

- BTL and Events

Competency Required

- Website development (not website marketing)

- In handling Below the Line or event based marketing

- Handling agency and creatives

- Acquisition and Tie ups

- Strong interpersonal skills

- High on confidence

- Street Smart
