Our client based in Gurgaon & Mumbai are looking for Manager - Smart Manufacturing

Salary : Upto Rs 18 LPA

Knowledge Management :

1. Keep UpToDate knowledge on new technology trends and best practices in Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) and other key manufacturing areas.

2. Write articles and blogs on technology, market needs, best practices, new trends, future manufacturing etc.

3. Maintain a policy dashboard on Smart Manufacturing.

Capacity Building for Industry :

1. Do research on Industry Training needs on Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0 etc.) and other manufacturing topics (through industry surveys, interactions, and secondary research)

2. Identify and launch New and relevant topics for Industrial Training

3. Develop Training materials like brochures and mailers etc.

4. Market training through various channels like direct marketing, social media, databases and other state and zonal offices

5. Conduct training (through physical, digital or phygital mode) and monitor all parameters involved for its successful completion

6. Take regular feedback from participants to collect improvement points for enhancing quality of training

7. Search and induct key experts and faculty to run training programmes and workshops
