- Highly trained in the art of improving results using lean concepts and advanced statistical analysis techniques.

- Should understand the team dynamics and can assign the roles and responsibilities to team members.

- Should take the lead in teaching and counseling operations personnel and business leaders on how to reduce variation, make better decisions and ultimately improve results

- Should have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.

- Should have the ability to train Green Belts

- Work experience at manufacturing companies for 10 ~ 15 years in the area of quality or R&D.
