What will you do?
- Manage site/app optimization, merchandising, and customer engagement through well executed campaigns
- Take complete ownership of all operations asks for campaign execution - identify and track site/app KPIs, NPS and CSAT for internal and external customers through well executed campaign, impact of campaign in line with business goals like growth and engagement, own and drive campaign success metrics
- Be responsible for site/app engagement levers through web content creation & consumer behavior
- Strategize with the stakeholders on campaign and content calendar in line with key events and BAU schedules
- Challenge the impact of the campaign and come up with out of box creative thought processes and innovation
- Manage timely execution, checking quality and accuracy with efficiency and effectiveness while running campaigns
- Work for a best in class user journey by ensuring seamless navigation throughout the page till the landing page
- Manage customer communication experience by executing engaging & personalized communication feeds that will drive more sessions, compels members to spend more time on the app and discover new and old categories
- Production budgeting by segmenting campaigns and events based on ROI's, CTR optimization, check and co-ordinate creative guidelines and refresh cycles - coordinate with internal stakeholders for identifying & solving for bottlenecks - manage a strong team and drive performance with constructive feedback
You should apply if you:
- Hold 12+ years of work experience preferably in e-commerce operations - have lead and managed a team of 20+ team members
- Are strong in site/app operations and digital merchandising understanding ecommerce and digital play
- Have capability to do pipeline management and program management - have a propensity to multitask and work in dynamic environments
- Are strong at stakeholder management, with audacity to challenge the status quo - can drive performance with a healthy culture and penchant to balance process and people
- Have experience in ecommerce, with understanding of campaign management and site operations
- Hold a proven track record in people management
