Our client a leading name in the FMCD industry.
- Manage & translate shopper insights into brand building opportunities for our Modern Trade partners & Retail channel.
- Develop insights to create shopper footprints by each Retail Environment that could help in creating shopper centric BTL plans.
- Conceptualize Retail Environment (Retail, MT) specific POS elements to influence shoppers through their path to purchase.
- Work with stakeholders (Retail & Modern Trade) to deliver excellence in in-store activation.
- Integrate category objectives with brand objectives to drive NPD, Promotion, Range, Merchandising & in-store communication.
- Manage Product launches in Retail and Modern Trade channel
- Work with Marketing/ Sales to ensure delivery of Business Plan against brand/ portfolio objectives. Programs should drive category growth, promote cross-category conversion & be profitable for both business & the customer.
- Candidates with 7-10 years of experience in Brand activation, channel activation specifically for Modern Trade/ Retail channels
- Need someone who has been in the marketing function and not Sales
- MBA in Sales & Marketing, preferably from premium B School
