Manager - SHE - Manufacturing

- To support Head Projects effectively in the area of SHE for Project Design and Construction to manage the Project at location, ensuring safety, health and environment and quality in an efficient manner by co-ordination with consultants and contractors at site including other Workstreams members of the Project core team.

- The role of the Manager - SHE is to collaborate with the consultants, contractors, core team Work Streams Leads and SHE Workstream Authority so that timely decisions during Engineering and Construction can be taken. This requires setting up effective Project SHE system and documentation in consultation with Project Management consultants and SHE Workstream Authority and other Workstream Lead.

- The job holder needs to have excellent SHE & interpersonal skills and should display very high acumen for SHE Standards & collaborative working

- The job holder must have a very good command of both English, Hindi and Marathi (Spoken and written). He must have excellent communication skills and must be ready to interact with all levels of personnel. He must have MS office and presentation knowledge.
