JD:

The Individual :

- A minimum of 6-14 years experience working with a captive, outsourcing, BPO or Sourcing advisory firm

- Client facing experience is a must

- Should ideally have experience in working on large outsourcing projects/deals for global clients

- Strong expertise in running vendor selection transactions (RFP process)

- Well versed with GBS (Global Business Services)

- Experience in areas like Transition will be useful

- Should have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills

- Willingness to travel when required

Qualification : Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
