The role of the Manager SFE is to drive salesforce effectiveness of Prescription, Consumer and Aesthetics through CRM platforms by basically drawing insights on the KPIs and partner effectively with the business to deliver improvements in sales force effectiveness.

Job Requirement :

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably science related & MBA would be an added advantage

- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in SFE role preferably pharmaceutical background.

Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:

i. Proficiency with MS Office in an NT/Windows environment

ii. Knowledge of medical & analytical skills.

- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Orchestrates the development of strategic plans that reflects the company's business strategy to advance market share/penetration and achieve profitable growth.

- Execution Management: Collaborates effectively with the company's BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives.

- Meticulous, highly organized, and self-directed approach to work, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing tasks in time-constrained situations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

i. Liaison with Veeva team to drive salesforce effectiveness of Rx and Ax through Veeva platform by basically drawing insights on the KPIs like missed calls, doctor calls, call average, etc

ii. Track benchmarks for field working and she ways to drive further efficiencies for TBEs in field

iii. Monitor KPI's for sales management and sales representatives in support of business initiatives. Analyze KPI's like call plan achievement, reach, frequency etc. for trends and provide regular reports to sales leadership and the organization along with recommendations.

iv. Liaison with external vendors for execution of SFE initiatives and projects to support the business & act as a coordinator of Galderma India.

v. Network & collaborate with sales force teams and act as the key "go to person" for resolving reporting and report testing issues faced by sales force team.

vi. Manage CRM system for all 3 Business Units, provide hands-on support to salesforce team. Work very closely with Veeva and Vizom to ensure there is seamless reporting on both CRM platforms.

vii. Provide direction of SFE, undertake additional project work where crossfunctional capabilities, expertise or data are required.

viii. Prepare and update field allowance policy and other expense policies from time to time.

ix. Monitor sales team field and other expenses as per policy and budget.

x. Provide support to field team in terms of support required from HO.

xi. Manage & coordinate with sales team in case of any delay in daily reporting & expenses on the Hi-Doctor.

xii. Study competitive landscape and understand industry benchmarks to see how we are placed and identify areas of improvement for SFE

xiii. Work with BU Heads to ensure we have best in class execution

xiv. Drive SFE for Consumer team through Vizom. Work with Trade activation Manager and National KAM to identify and drive best in class KPIs for Cx team

xv. Identify industry benchmarks for consumer KPIs and ensure that Galderma is ahead of the curve in FMCG/OTX space

xvi. Ensure field force is reporting on time, filling expenses, and updating the leaves as per policy in the system

xvii. Ensure that monthly reports are filled on time and SFE KPI dashboards are released on monthly basis to relevant teams

xviii. Any issues need to be reported and rectified immediately to ensure continuous business working

xix. Work closely with Marketing Team to ensure visual aids, mapping on the system, Marketing collaterals, brand exposures on the system and all marketing KPIs are to be monitored by him

xx. Driving efficiencies for Approved Email Functionality and share monthly analytics with the Management team with regards to efficiencies of the campaign
