Settlement & Collections Manager

Job Purpose :

- Monitoring of ILD Customers both for Receivables and Payables.

Principal Accountability :

- Regular Monitoring of Exposure report to avoid any exposure from accounts

- Regular follow on all the accounts to maximize collection & recovery and reduce bad debts

- Providing Inbound & Outbound Data to FSS and follow up with Customer on Collections.

- Coordinating with FSS on disputes, payment status & providing update to Customers on the same.

- Regular checking of Inbound & Outbound rates to ensure Accurate Billing.

- Timely Submission of dispute to the clients in case any discrepancy related traffic volume, value & rates mismatch as per agreed terms.

- Validation of Debit/Credit note raised by & to clients, ensuring 100% calculation re-check in order to avoid revenue leakage.

- Regular follow-ups for payments to be received from clients. Follow-up for release of payments with our finance department.

- Nil/Zero bad debts (Ageing Analysis, Exposure Monitoring), Payable & Receivables Recording.

Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience :

- Min Graduation in any discipline.

- Experience of 3 years in Billing & Settlements of Domestic/International Telecom Company. Overall experiences should be more than 7 years

Technical and Behavioral Skills :

- Overall knowledge Revenue accounting, Payment processing & Vendor Reconciliation.

- Exposure to dispute resolution of Telecom Billing/Revenue.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Good communication skills both verbal and written
