Manager - Service Training Tamil Nadu (Construction Equipment Co)

1. Development of course syllabuses and curriculums; prepare quotation for the training course and secure the order from the customers / Dealers.

2. Organize and conduct training course to the trainees and obtain the feedback on the effectiveness of the training courses from the trainees. Work out the yearly training program based on the training needs of the customers / Dealers or in-house Dept.

3. Responsible for tools and equipment's in the training center. Prepare, develop and update the course syllabus and curriculums.

4. Liaise with Dealers / customers to plan and market the training courses.

5. Prepare and provide training program Field Team, Dealer and customers.

6. Prepare quotation and secure order from customers applying for the training course.

7. Organize the training (Mechanical/ Electrical) on the operation and/or maintenance of engine for internal staff, appointed service dealers, authorized workshops or OEMs, etc. at training center or at site.

8. Ensure availability of training engine, parts, models, tools and Equipment's, documentation and other equipment for the training course.

9. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through the feedback from the trainees.
