Manager - Service Training - Auto

Report line to : Deputy General Manager

General description and scope of responsibility:

- Identify training needs on product, process and soft skills

- Content development and getting the trainers trained on the content (TTT)

- Training Planning and Delivery to dealer staff and Nissan own employees

- Database management of dealer manpower including there training status

- Increase in training capacity, by opening regional training centres

Specific task and Responsibilities / Key result Area : (main objectives against which performance on the job will be assessed)

- To manage all the activities related to Technical, Body/Paint, Process & Soft skill training

- Planning the activities for improving training quality. Also responsible for day-to-day operations of National Training Center and RTC's.

- Train the trainer and Localization of training contents in coordination with stakeholders in India and abroad.

- Making annual and mid-term training plans along with Business Plan (KPI target setting, Action plan, Budget and Resources).

- To plan necessary preparation items for trainings (Electrical, Mechanical, Body & Paint and Non-Technical Trainings)

- Take proactive feedback from dealers/employees to understand training needs

- Maintenance & up keepment of Training Center assets.

- Keep high motivation of your staff at all the times

Qualification and experience: (academic background and relevant job experience/years of experience. Is automotive industry background a must etc)

- Bachelor's or higher degree in any discipline with MBA (Preferably mechanical engineering or automobile engineering)

- Experience of working in training companies or autmobile OEM in training department

Experience : 10~12 Years of relevant experience

Other specific requirement : (skills, abilities, knowledge and experience of tools/softwares...etc):

- High communication skill (Close coordination with group companies / overseas will be required)

- Comprehension of IND domestic market situation/environment.

- Good Computer Skills including Excel, Powerpoint, etc

- Good presentation skills

Language : High level of English communication skill is required.
