Job Description / Key Responsibilities: - Design engagements and build relationships with management/decision-makers of each key customer. - Responsible for assessing, clarifying and validating the customers needs on regular basis. - Focus on ensuring customers success and ROI to drive business retention and expansion. - Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. - Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services (Account mining). - Able to integrate into the global team and leverage existing domain/excellence expertise from within the global organization. - Co-ordinate with sales and pre-sales teams for qualified opportunities. - Present accurate and timely reports and progress updates to Reporting Manager.
