DESCRIPTION: TITLE: SDM/Service Delivery Manager/Delivery Manager. LOCATION: REMOTE (Applicants from Bangalore are encouraged to apply). SHIFT: 6:00 PM TO 3:00 AM (INDIA TIME - NIGHT SHIFT). RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure review, distribution, prioritization and fulfillment of all requirements received from clients - Work on senior level client positions as a recruiter, fill priority roles - Client recruitment delivery management - Meet monthly team targets as well as individual recruitment targets in terms of # of placements and revenue goals - Ensure all requisitions are assigned to right recruiters and suitable profiles are submitted to clients on time. - Hold team members accountable so that requirements versus submissions ratio is strong (above 70%) - Ensure that Submissions Vs. Interview, Interview Vs. Offers and Offers Vs. Starts ratio is consistently improving - Internal Recruitment: Ensure all internal positions are filled ASAP. - Vendor management - determine KPI/SLAs, set targets, manage all vendors and ensure expectations are met - Manage Customer Accounts: manage Delivery and Profit & Loss for strategic accounts assigned, align team members to ensure high margins and timely delivery to satisfy customers. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience working as Lead Recruiter, Delivery Manager or Account Manager - Extensive experience working in IT Consulting or Staffing industry - Bachelor's/PG degree preferred - Experience leading a team of recruiters - Proven experience managing and growing customer relationships - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
