Service Delivery Manager - Leverage Finance

Delivery Manager- leveraged Finance for one of the largest and very renowned KPO ( MNC) in their leveraged finance team. CFA / MBA with 6 - 8 years of experience in leveraged and acquisition finance with exposure to European / US market

Job Requirement :

- Relevant experience of 6-8 years supporting Leveraged Finance desk in an investment bank, consulting firm, boutique firm, advisory firm

- Demonstrated knowledge of the syndicated loan and/or debt capital markets and/or leveraged finance and the corresponding products

- Excellent knowledge of the fixed income market, European and US DCM markets and well versed with DCM terminologies and nomenclatures used

- Excellent working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, IFR, Pitchbook.com, LCD, Thomson, etc.

- The candidate should have the ability to work independently and possesses the management/leadership skills to run the research on a day-to-day basis and apply his insights to client ideas

- Previous client handling exposure is a must

- Self-motivated and able to motivate others

- Effective negotiation skills

- Ability to work in high-pressure situations

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to make quick and informed decisions

- Well versed with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point

- Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)
