We have an urgent opening with a leading company into Healthcare Industry based at Gurgaon.
Please find below the details:
- Responsible to control report and drive improvement initiatives on the LCOS.
- Pre-sale support alignment
- Provide view and drive alignment between planned installations, revenue forecast commercial inventory and AOP.
- Responsible to plan, coordinate and initiate internal clinical training and training feedback in alignment with market needs and BIU releases.
- Support business initiatives and service deliveries (FCOs deployment, escalation management)
- Creates and communicates a statement of work with external customers and internal partners (BIU, SCS and CS)
- Coordinates with other teams cross modalities to organize service delivery to success (Clinical, Supply, Sales, Support teams)
- Effectively communicates through designated channels with external customers and field partners
- Functions as an active member of the team and shares knowledge and experience to resolve customer issues
- Provide a positive, cohesive company image when discussing the company, products, and management decisions, etc with customers and field partners
- Personally own the customer experience as a resource to the goals of the team
- Takes ownership of, and works with manager on development planning.
