Job Role: Service Delivery Manager Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 10-15 years Job Responsibilities: The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading all shared Infra services for small/medium size markets covering Servers, Compute, Network, Helpdesk &amp; user support, Vendor governance, VIP support, Monitoring Infra service Metrics / Monthly Reporting, Project management activities, etc. The gamut of the role covers service delivery &amp; infrastructure management across 14 countries. Key skills required: - This role ensures set up common service delivery program leveraging outsourced Infra service providers, Local Telecom service providers, Helpdesk partners, application vendors to deliver seamless Infrastructure services to small/medium size markets in multiple countries. - The role will lead cloud migration, identify local infra improvement opportunities, help roll out common ticketing system, project management solutions like Middleware deployment, assist in vendor governance and own the performance metrics and reporting for all these markets. - Additionally, the role will drive compliance with legal, regulatory and internal IT controls, processes, policies, procedures &amp; ongoing cloud operations management including managing 3rdparty vendors and act as a technical resource for complex issue resolution. - This position works with all levels of the IT organization in the markets ranging from leadership to subject matter and technical experts to external service providers and manages the overall Infra spend and quality across sites in14 countries. - Additionally, this role will be responsible for local innovation projects, assist in VIP support and user experience management, optimize helpdesk processes, provide project management support &amp; help implement new technologies in areas of computer, cloud, network, etc. with an aim to improve user experience and vendor / partner effectiveness in the markets. - This leader will also work with market/business stakeholders, Finance, and Global IT leaders to drive collaboration and thought leadership to the various BIG markets and Group office. - Successful relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as vendors/partners are critical. - This leader must have the ability to influence direction and balance challenging trade-offs between scope, time, budget, and service delivery issues. - This role requires significant experience in setting for the leveraged use of all Infra technologies in the areas of application hosting &amp; migrations, and the project management skills to lead the cloud deployment for markets.
