Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience & Eligibility: 10+ years experience in Relevant Service Industry, At least 5 years in Datacenters/Network Operations, PMP, Prince 2, ITIL certifications. Past experience in managing team etc

Job Description Summary:

SDM will be responsible for working closely with a team of employees and contractors to ensure we are delivering the IT Infrastructure and Network Operations services, end client is one among the top 10 Fortune IT companies in the world.

Service Management - Manage the entire Projects & Service Delivery function

- Align service delivery model to business needs and drive necessary change programs

- Manage team members from various expertise like Project Management, Operations, Deployment, Support, Business Analyst, Technical Writing etc from various countries within APAC region.

- Work towards improving efficiency every day.

- SDM should have prior experience in Resource & People Management. Customer Relationship Management.

- SDM should possess strong communication, interpersonal, team management, customer relationship management skills etc

- SDM should have deep technology understanding around DataCenter, Structured Cabling, Passive Infrastructure to mentor his/her team members.

- Advocate for the APAC businesses

- Monitor and measure Project Delivery performance to identify weaknesses and opportunities

- Ensure that appropriate processes and policies are being followed by the team

- Customize local support within policy guidelines

- Provide education and training to the business on processes, policies and procedures.

- Act as the escalation point for regional Project Delivery & Operations issues; escalate appropriate issues to client related to Project only.

- Review and develop key performance indicators and implement service improvement plans

- Team Management - Manage team from Project Co-ordination, Project Delivery & Operations stand point.

- Manage team of managers and ensure alignment of goals to business objectives

- Manage service relationship
