Manager - SEO & Content

We are currently hiring a SEO & Content Marketing Manager for one of the leading marketing and advertising agencies.

The primary goal of this position would be to strategize, plan and successfully execute various inbound marketing strategies and achieve the end-goal of leads, clients and revenue.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing, motivating and constantly upgrading a team of marketing professionals, including Content Writers, SEO Specialists, Acquisition Experts, Digital Marketers, Email Marketers etc.

- Strategize, Plan and Execute Various Inbound Marketing Strategies, including SEO Strategy, Product Marketing and Email Marketing.

- Plan the monthly targets in terms of leads, and predict the long-term clientele and revenue from the strategies.

- Work closely with the sales team and enable them to meet their objectives.

Skills Required :

- MBA Qualification is a must.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant exposure.

- Strong team management and team mentoring skills, min. 4 years managing a team of 20+ members.

- Hands on experience in Inbound Marketing Strategies.

- Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan.

- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a metrics-driven business environment
