Manager/Senior Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition - Investment Firm (2-11 yrs)
We are helping for one of our clients - A global investment MNC, to identify diversity resources for Talent Acquisition.
Note: This is a returnship initiatve by the firm and hence females who have taken a break in their careers and are willing to come back to the industry are encouraged to apply.
Function : Global Talent Acquisition
Experience: 2 years to 11 years
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for all hiring needs across Financial/ Operational/ Technical mandates
- Should have good experience in sourcing, screening and validation via job portals, LinkedIn, referals, Events & drives etc
- Execute strategies by partnering with the Global Recruitment team
- Looking for someone with good experience in stakeholder management.
- Should have excellent communication skills
