Manager/Senior Manager/VP - Projects - Real Estate

We are having three opening for UAE location with one of the Real Estate Company.

Position No 1: VP_Projects, Experience: 10 to 15 years

Position No 2: Senior Manager_Projects, Experience: 14 to 20 years

Position No 3: Project Manager, Experience: 18 to 23 years

Location: Dubai (UAE)

Qualification: Recognized bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil), Building or equivalent.

NOTE: ONLY APPLICANTS WITH EXPERIENCE IN HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FACADE INDUSTRY ARE REQUESTED.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor the progress of work and its subcontractors, to coordinate / interface with the employer, engineers, consultants, suppliers, other contractors / subcontractors, agents, other concerned related parties within scope of work and to advice company of appropriate measures required for successful management, administration and completion in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

- Liaise with the engineers, design and other appropriate departments of the company for obtaining approval of all design drawings, materials, methods statement, procurement schedules, etc.

- Ensure that all variations / deviations are properly communicated, documented and confirmed from the client or main contractor as per contractual terms and all dues are collected on time.

- Organize efficient manpower and general site management, implement approved scope of work including installations, submit periodical claims and payments in terms of the contract.

- Responsible for overall management of building project (contract value in excess of USD 150 million) including but not limited to planning, engineering, execution, contractual, quality, health and safety matters to ensure timely completion
