Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Financial Due Diligence, M&A, Valuation / Disputes / Forensics Preferred Industry: Big 4's, FTI's etc Location : Gurgaon Experience : 5 to 10 Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - A CA with experience in companies like KPMG / EY Consulting / Deloitte / PwC / FTI Consulting in any or all - FDD/ M&A / Forensic / Valuation - A strong leader with ability to lead teams - 5+ years of experience - Will be responsible for wide ranging assignments - transactions, forensics, disputes, valuations - Should be strong in preparing databooks, financial models - A team player ready to work in an international environment in cross border teams - Has a flair and bent of mind for BD - with experience in building and presenting pitches to clients - relationships in the industry will be an added advantage - Strong and demonstrated analytical skills, exceptional MS office skills - A self starter and self motivated - Exceptional oral and written communication skills REQUIREMENTS : - 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 (Domestic Consulting for Clients based in India, Global will not work). - Chartered Accountant - Excellent MS Office skills - Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to lead a team Salary for Manager: 18-20L Salary for Senior Manager: 28 to 35L Interested candidates may apply here.
