Manager/Senior Manager - Valuation & Consulting - Real Estate

- Candidate should have previous exposure to RE Valuations preferably employed with an IPC or Real estate arm of Big 4. Exposure to consulting would be an added advantage.

- Worked on assignments across geographies in South India

- Thorough knowledge of relevant rules and regulations relevant to real estate sector especially Bangalore

- Hands on approach with willingness to travel across markets

- Manage and execute the portfolio Valuation assignments across the south region.

- Engage with various consulting assignments for developers and other stake holders in the real estate.

- Work closely with the other Verticals to fetch opportunities that are available for servicing.

- Client engagement through Business development activities to promote our research and consulting services and execution of customized assignments
