Job Overview

The role will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the company's overall treasury operations, leverage effectively and support the finance function including reporting, taxation and consolidation.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure complete and accurate recording and updating documentation for various borrowings from bank and other financial institutions

- Debt refinancing and up scaling.

- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.

- Maintain good relationship with various entities such as Bankers/NBFCs/FIs/Rating Agencies/Consultants/Lawyers, etc.

- Coordination with internal teams to ensure compliance with all the covenants.

- Responsible for all compliance and returns for submission to banks/institutions

- Prepare liquidity variance analysis and trend reporting to support deeper understanding of cash balances, and intercompany cash mobilization opportunities.

- Drive initiatives to develop and improve Treasury reporting and analysis capabilities, especially related to Free Cash Flow

- Administration of bank accounts and daily cash accounting operations .

- Supplies information for the production of stress scenarios to quantify the likely impact of certain events on the balance sheet and to report on what incremental funding may be required

- Responsible for producing cash flow and various other ad-hoc regulatory reporting.

- Documentation review at the time of each loan execution.

- Provide the require data to rating agencies.

- She/he will liase with senior management, investor financing team internally and external stakeholders (Bankings/FIs, Lawyers, Credit rating agencies and Big4 auditors.

- Review in the Group Financial Accountant in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements as per IGAAP, IndAS, IFRS and USGAAP.

- Oversee the financial activities of the Company for financial reporting and help management make financial decisions

- Ensure high level of discipline within finance team through periodic account reconciliations and balance sheet and trial balance reviews.

- Drive Working Capital efficiencies by working closely with the Finance / Business Teams

- Drive weekly cash planning supporting business need while optimizing idle bank balances

- Manage Corporate Accounting around Capex, Investments and Borrowings

Job Requirement:

- CA with 5-8 years of PQE from similar industry.

- Big 4 experience is preferred.
