Job Responsibilities :
Training :
- Identify sales team's training need through field working with them
- Plan and execute various training interventions (Classroom, OJT, etc.) by coordinating with various stake holders
- Work with sales and helping in building sales force capabilities
- Track effectiveness of same
- Maintain talent matrix of the Organization.
Induction :
- Coordinate initial induction by Zonal SFEs
- Hand hold and ensure effective implementation of 30 days induction by manager
- Fresher's training at regular intervals. Tracking of low scorers progress
- Analyze link between product knowledge (score) with performance
- Responsible for effective new joinee induction.
Sales Force Effectiveness :
- Overseeing effectiveness of reporting tool (SMMS) including mobile app.
- Productivity analysis. Call analysis. Missing customer analysis. Coverage Patterns. Revenue per call. Linkage between calls / Coverage and sales.Improvement in call effectives etc.
- Help business manager by identifying reasons of low performance and action plans
- Resource allocation
- Leading secondary tracking (DSM) project - go live as per project plan
- Meaningful reports and monthly review meetings with stakeholders
Others :
- Participates in developing department goals and objectives.
- Prepares updated Organizational manuals and distributes to employees.
- Monitors employee talent turnover data.
- Maintain a system for tracking and reporting training participation in order to provide statistical data and monitor individual progress toward training goals.
- Organize and prepare instructional materials utilizing available technology and multimedia equipment to enhance learning.
- Plan and design materials, forms and surveys.
- Responsible for ensuring employees in their respective functional areas have adequate training and tools necessary to meet the requirements of the Organization.
- Prepare and/or coordinate with other departments on any documentation required in support of the Organizational Development & Talent Development.
- Assist in administration of various Organizational Development plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Manage all activities regarding Sales Force Effectiveness
- Responsible for handling all related job responsibilities in accordance to Organizational Design.
