Designation : Mgr/Sr Mgr - Training & Development
Reporting to : Head HR
Profile :
- Responsible for Managing Training & Development Team of Product Trainer's across Pan-India, Conducting - Train the Trainer- Program, Assessment & Evaluation of Trainer's based on JD KPI, Grooming etc.
- Responsible for Training Management across Pan India, Profiling, Development of Module, Knowledge V/s Performance rating, Assessment & Evaluation.
- Responsible for Design & Implementation of Reward & Recognition system in the organization.
- Development of HR T&D policies & Strategies related to T&D and Engagement.
- Conduct Company Visionary & Cultural building exercise across PAN INDIA
- Initiate Knowledge v/s Performance driven culture for Sale & Marketing staff ABCD Analysis
- Responsible for External & Internal training orientation across Pan- India (Factory/Branches)
- Initiate, develop, and update learning n Sharing thru LMS, Acknowledging the performance, assessment & Evaluation thru online portal.
- Responsible for designing content development, knowledge management modules based on competencies required & basis of JD KPI
- Implementation of strong internal communication process in the company
- Conducted development center at corporate & design MDP program for HODs & other employee 's.(Competency profiling, GAP Assessment, JDKPI, based on functional & technical training )
- Planning & Implementation of monthly, quarterly training calendar across Pan- India based on TNI thru interaction with employee
- Planning & Implementation of Employee Engagement Calendar across PAN - India
- Coordinating with HRs, RHRs, vertical HR for 100% implementation of calendar
- Planning Monthly & Quarterly training Calendar based on Business Plan, Focus Product & Performing branches across PAN India.
- Responsible for Induction Orientation of New Joinees across PAN INDIA.
- Responsible for Taking New Initiatives in development of Employees related to learning n sharing & engagement.
- Responsible for managing employee engagement team, conducting engagement activities across PAN INDIA
