Job Description

1. Understand the business requirements, help in identifying the training Needs, aligning with business requirements and prepare an action plan

2. Deliver various courses /training (Functional/Process/Induction) according to the training module developed and ensure consistent delivery and impact of the various training modules developed

3. Conduct courses / training at designated / scheduled geographical locations across the zone

4. Complete the training record accurately for each training Programme conducted which include the attendance sheet, programme flow, feedback form and assessment test papers ( if any)

5. Prepare training synopsis for each training programme conducted

6. Prepare month wise L & OD status report

7. Prepare & maintain L & OD MIS: Maintain hygiene by ensuring reports, data and documents are in place

8. Provide On-The-Job Training / Coaching Functional/Process areas and ensure improvements of key performance metrics in their respective zone.

9. Review the planning, delivery and assessment of each training programme

10. Contribute to internal reviews and audits when required to do so

11. Conduct evaluation through written test, feedback form and observing behavioural changes on the job

12. Collaborate with team and subject matter experts to implement learning solutions

13. Effective implementation of induction/coaching programs

14. Data analysis to see the timely completion of all training roll outs

15. Designing and executing the Training Calendar process

16. To hold regular reviews with respective teams to drive effectiveness of training and coaching

17. To Support in:

a. Booking of Venues for announced programs (Banquets & Accommodation)

b. Training material availability at training venues before program commencement

c. Travel arrangements

d. Sourcing, Due Diligence, Tie-ups / negotiations with Hospitality & Stationary vendors

18. Knowledge enhancement wrt to various functions, business verticals, products, offerings for self

19. Ensure training resources, learning technologies and standards are adhered to

20. Develop self, conduct field studies/research and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
