Trade Product Compliance - Factoring for a Leading Indian Private Sector Bank

Level : M1/M2 (Manager/Sr. Manager)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- SME, Mid & Large Corporates structuring Trade Finance, Factoring Facilities/Bill Discounting (Sales & Purchase Factoring, LC Discounting, LAP, Working Capital Assessment, Export Factoring).

- Analyzing the Financial Statements, Identifying the Risks involved and Recommending ways to Mitigate the Risk.

- The deals & credit facilities are structured to provide end to end solutions to sanction Factoring Facility.

- RBI has enabled banks to enter into factoring business. We are keen to explore opportunities in this market that is expected to grow in the near future.

- We are considering recruiting a person with know-how on the factoring business.
