We are hiring for Technical Project Leader

Role : Project Leader (PMP Certified)

Working : 6 days

Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai

POSITION SUMMARY :

This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. Responsibilities also includes the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. Preparing project reports for upper management on status of project. You also need to interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

- Ensure resource availability and allocations.

- Assisting in project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Manage changes in the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirement of each projects.

- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as with senior management

- Work towards SLA and SLA compliance reports. Gap analysis and resolution steps.

- Root Cause Analysis of each problem, RCA Submission to the client and quick resolution to minimize the adverse impact of any issues

- Create, maintain and update strong technical documentation and procedures following the IS department standards

- Partner with Business Process, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams to use technology to solve business problems

- Manage and work around issues or roadblocks in any phases of the projects

- Responsible for 365x24x7 Production Support

Education :

- BE, B-Tech, MCA, Master in Computer Science

- PMP Certification

Experience : 

- 10+ years of experience which includes the solution architect exposure.

- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems

- Working knowledge of HTML5, C/C++

- Knowledge on DBMS

- Knowledge on MiddleWare (jBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere)
