Manager/Senior Manager - Taxation - Stock Broking House

Company : Stock Broking.

Designation - Manager / Sr. Manager.

Reporting to - Head of Department.

Location - Mumbai.

Role -

- Manage and oversee all tax-related activities for the Group.

- Ensure compliance with tax (both direct as well as indirect) regulations, optimising tax strategies and preparing accurate tax reports, which includes GST, income-tax, capital gains tax and any other applicable taxes.

- Working and timely filing of GST for all group companies.

- Ensure accurate Working and filing of TDS for all group.

- Prepare quarterly and annual balance sheets, net-worth certificates and other certifications required from time to time.

- Timely filing of annual returns and attending to IT / GST scrutiny or any other inspection requirements from time to time.

- Suggest & develop strategies to minimise tax liability by evaluating and implementing tax-saving opportunities.

- Prepare and submit accurate tax reports and ensure proper recording of financial transactions and investments for tax purposes.

Years of Experience: 5-6 years (CA) or 8-12 years (Post Grad) preferably in the Broking Industry or in BFSI.
