Key Responsibilities : - To handle both Direct and Indirect taxation functions. - Managing tax compliance, litigation and reporting Direct tax - Corporate tax computation and return - Tax audits - Advising on withholding tax implications on domestic and international transactions and managing compliance - Advising on tax implications on business transaction and review of agreements - Tax provision and reconciliation with accounts GST - Setting up the process and managing return compliance - Advising on GST implication on business transactions and review of agreements - Representing before tax authorities and managing assessment/inquiries
