Manager/Senior Manager - Taxation - FMCG

Responsibilities (Direct and Indirect taxes):

- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time-frame.

- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns & mitigate tax risk

- Should be well versed with the Income Tax Provisions.

- Should have done Income Tax Compliance of Master File and Country by Country reporting.

- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.

- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

- Manage and coordinate tax audits.

- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.

- Attending Assessment proceedings before the Assessing Officers and before CIT Appeals.

- Should have implemented GST for Multiple Locations and presently in charge of monthly and annual compliance.

- Fair knowledge of Accounts and processing including retiral plans, accounting and settlement.

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as head of taxation department.

- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.

- Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.

- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.

- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

- Analytical skills with detail orientation.

- Exposure to International taxation.

- Self-driven person who is ready to walk the extra mile to finish the job in hand.

- Should be ready to take additional responsibilities as and when they are assigned.
