- Review of Performance Improvement Plans, enabling poor performers with required support for better delivery
- Refreshers, Marketing concepts, Network for Non- Network, Finance for Non- finance, etc.
- Delivered workshops for People Manager Capability building for senior & mid-level leadership team as well as first time people managers
